Citrix Online, is the leading provider of Web-based remote-access and customer-support technologies. The company's award-winning screen-sharing technology enables users to view and control a remote computer via the Web, thus enabling enterprise-critical functions such as internal and external Web-based technical support; online sales and customer service; and remote access.

2. What information does Citrix Online gather/track and how is it used?

TRAFFIC PATTERNS: We track aggregate traffic patterns throughout our site. However, we do not correlate this information with personally identifiable data about individual users. We do track domain names, browser types and MIME type.

COOKIES: A cookie is a small data file that some Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit the sites. We use cookies to track user traffic patterns and to hold certain registration information. When you register at Citrix Online sites, we give you cookies that store your unique, randomly assigned user ID that we generate for administrative purposes. These cookies enable you to enter the Citrix Online sites without having to log in each time. We do not store passwords or any personally identifiable information about you in the cookies.

If you have set your browser to warn you before receiving cookies, you will receive a warning message with each cookie. You can also set your browser to refuse all cookies if that is your preference.
