Adaptability while Workshifting

Rhonda Hughes loves sunshine, dorky randomness and folks who tell good stories. Rhonda is the Community Manager for the Online Services Division of Citrix. She spends her days interacting and sharing ideas with the interesting people who are part of the Citrix communities. She's responsible for writing and creating social media content and producing campaign, editorial and content calendars. For the past five years, Rhonda has been a full-time workshifter - primarily from her home office in Santa Rosa, CA, but also while traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad.
